Chocolate salami is a very delicious recipe preferred from any age. So if you are going to cook it, everybody will like it.
It’s very easy to prepare, just prepare the ingredients, follow the procedure and in 10 minutes it will be ready.
The classic recipe requires more ingredients and includes eggs, so if you don’t like the smell of the eggs, this recipe will be great for you!
- 200 gr dark chocolate
- 400 ml condensed sweetened milk
- 200 gr butter
- 400 gr biscuits *digestive or petit beurre
- 2 table spoon cocoa
- 100 gr hazelnuts
Place biscuits in a bag and crush them using a rolling pin until you have small and coarse crumbs.
Heat the butter with the cocoa and the condensed milk and stir them well. Remove from the heat and let them cold in order to make “the dough”. Place it in a medium bowl and add the biscuits and crushed hazelnuts. Mix well until combined.
Spread the mixture out on parchment paper or plastic wrap and shape it into a log using a spatula or spoon. Roll up the paper and wrap it like candy. Place in the fridge for 4 hours until firm.
After chilling, remove log from the paper and cut into pieces and serve.
